SMOKING Smoking is now prohibited in all indoor public places and in cars if children (under age 13) are present. The spot fines are quite high. Kioskis, roofed areas outside tavernas and bars, are not classed as indoors if they aren’t enclosed at the sides and it's quite permissible to smoke in them.
